We require you to attend our classroom ‘Modules’ in Elgin Library on a Thursday evening from 19:30 – 21:00 for seven weeks. The first drive takes place on the Saturday after the course starts, leaving from B&Q car park in Elgin, using your own car from 10:00 – 11:30 and every Saturday thereafter. However, these drives can be re-arranged to suit your personal circumstances.
The first week is FREE and provides a taste of course. If you decide to continue, you’ll enrol via MAMM and pay £134 on week two, which is a 10% saving on the IAM RoadSmart price of £149. This covers your IAM membership, course manual, highway code, tuition and test fee. If you’re under 26 there’s an additional £30 Cash Back on successful completion of the course. You’ll be assessed on week nine to see if we can put you forward for the advanced driving test. If you’re not test ready, you’ll continue your weekly driving sessions until until you are. There’s no time limit on this course beyond the one you set yourself, but twelve weeks should be your aim.
Contact us if our course programme doesn’t suit your personal circumstances; we may be able to arrange a bespoke course.
